Victor Hernandez

Victor Hernandez is a 2020 graduate of New York Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and federally in immigration court. He focused his educational career on business law and began practicing in 2021 in the field of immigration.  

At The Cruz Law Office, Mr. Hernandez advocates for clients in Removal Proceedings before the immigration court (EOIR) and attends and represents clients at Adjustment of Status interviews.
