About us

Our office offers Immigration and Family Affairs services in the Bay Area with an office in San Bruno, CA.

We represent clients in all aspects of family cases, including divorce, child custody and restraining orders.

In addition to family representation, we offer legal representation of immigration, including citizenship, DACA, U-Visa and asylum.

In order to ensure excellent legal representation, we take limited cases. In this way, we can give our clients the personal attention and the service that their cases require.

Affordable Legal Representation

Hiring an attorney for full representation is expensive and with the rising cost of living in the bay area, it's almost impossible to afford the help you need without going into debt. We understand your pain so we want to help you by making it affordable for you to hire an attorney to support you with our flat fee legal services.

Low Cost Legal Representation

Hiring a lawyer for legal representation is expensive and with the rising cost of living in the bay area, it is almost impossible to afford the help you need without getting into debt. We understand your pain so we want to help you by making it accessible to hire a lawyer who supports you with our fixed cost legal services.

Self-Represented Assistance

Many individuals handle their own cases and remain self-represented because they can not afford full representation by an attorney or high retainer fees. For such individuals, we offer self-represented assistance on an as-needed basis. During your consultation, our attorney will assist you in preparing court and settlement documents, and prepare you for an upcoming hearing or mediation. The attorney will not represent you in court but she will ensure that you are prepared and confident to continue representing yourself.

Own Representation

Many people handle their own cases and continue to be represented by themselves because they do not have the resources to acquire a lawyer who represents them in total. For these cases, we offer limited assistance where the lawyer only assists the client with the parts of the case that present more difficulties. During the consultation, our attorney will help prepare the documents and prepare the client for your next hearing or mediation. The lawyer will not represent the client in court, but will ensure that the client is prepared and can be represented confidently in front of a judge.
