Prior to law school Andrew received a Master's Degree in School Administration, Leadership and Supervision from Mercy College , a Master's Degree in School Counseling from the College of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theological Studies from Haverford College. Andrew was the recipient of the Douglas Burroughs award for Outstanding Professional Commitment and Community Service while at the College of New Jersey and was a nationally ranked singles and doubles tennis player during his time at Haverford. Before coming to work at the Cuddy Law Firm, Andrew worked for eight years as a Youth Outreach Worker with Scarsdale and Edgemont Family Counseling Services, where he was placed in Scarsdale Middle School as a Youth Counselor to provide for the social and emotional needs of children and parents. In addition to individual and group counseling sessions, Andrew facilitated numerous support groups for parent, advocated for the needs of youth at advisory council and task force meetings, developed a leadership program for young men, and ran an Adventure Based Counseling program. Andrew currently resides in Westchester County with his wife and two children.
