He has been named to the New York Super Lawyers (Upstate) Rising Stars list and has been formally recognized for his pro bono services. Benjamin has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, teaching courses in criminal procedure, constitutional law, comparative criminal justice, and evidence.Prior to joining Dreyer Boyajian LLP, Benjamin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Randolph F. Treece, Federal Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York, in Albany, New York. Benjamin graduated cum laude from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006, and summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2003.
