She brings years of practical, client-side experience to all her transactional work.Ms. McCullough's clients have ranged in size from portfolio to multinational companies and have included private and publicly traded entities. Recently, she has focused on the representation of renewable energy clients, including developers of wind farms, utility scale solar farms and distributed generation solar projects, and constructors and equipment manufacturers. She has also represented project developers, issuers, venture capital funds, and underwriters, among others.Ms. McCullough is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Massachusetts.
