Mr. Bradshaw is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.Mr. Bradshaw began his legal career in the New York office of Chadbourne & Parke, LLP where he represented a variety of bank clients such as Citigroup, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, and WestLB AG. Later he managed outside counsel at an international mining company with public and private entities in Latin America, Africa, the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.Currently at the Bradshaw Law Group, Mr. Bradshaw assists incorporating startups formulate tax strategies and acquire financing through private placements of securities or obtain debt financing as well as assists them in their exit strategy such as asset sales and stock sales.
