He obtained his Bachelor Degree in History at the Catholic University of America in 1988, and obtained his J.D. in 1993 from the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law. Mr. Byron served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Mr. Byron is certified by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas to sit as an arbitrator. He has arbitrated and tried cases in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas throughout the Commonwealth, and the Superior Court of New Jersey throughout the State.
