Carmen has been licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey since 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Severiano Lisboa, III, of the Chancery Division, Family Part of Hudson County.Carmen graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT in 2007 and received her B.S. from The College of New Jersey in 2003, where she also graduated cum laude.In addition to her legal practice, Carmen is also actively involved in various legal organizations and associations. Carmen is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as both the Morris County Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association.
