Charles D. Pittman, Jr., grew up the son of a life long real estate paralegal and manager of a large law office. The fascinating real estate centered dinner conversations drew him into the fray and in 1981 after graduating from William & Mary School of Law (formerly Marshall-Wythe) and passing the bar, set up his own general law practice in Tidewater, Virginia. When not engaged in the practice of law, Charlie has taught new entrepreneur classes at the local community college, as well as Bible Studies and three semesters as a Professor of the Real Estate Transactions Course at Regent University School of Law, 1991-1994. He is also a past Lecturer for Real Estate Paralegal Continuing Education and Certification Courses.Charles also holds membership in several organizations: the Virginia State Bar (Member, Real Estate, General Practice, Business Law, Trusts and Estate and Construction Law Section); and the Virginia Beach Bar Association; American and Virginia Land Title Associations). Furthermore, he is Corporate Counsel and Settlement Agent to numerous real estate investment businesses. He is also the founding member of Virginia Real Estate Attorneys League.Charles D.
