Craig focuses his practice on Bankruptcy and Creditor / Debtor Law, as well as Banking and Secured Transactions.Craig represents a wide variety of banks, credit unions, debt purchasers and sellers, financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Craig has also acted as Counsel to numerous secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings nationwide. Craig also advises clients with regard to debt restructuring, Loan documentation and lien priority disputes. Craig is of counsel to Dubyak Nelson.Craig received his B.A. from the American University in 1986, Cum Laude, and his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989.
