Eric Gutierrez, a native of Modesto, received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of the Pacific in Stockton in 1998. He earned his law degree with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2002. Mr. Gutierrez is a member of the Roger J.
