Heather Pattok has been practicing law since she received her Juris Doctroate from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. She earned Nova Southeastern University's American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarhip for outstanding academic performance in the area of family law, and was a student member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.Mrs. Pattok began her legal career with Kelley, Kronenberg et. al, where she represented insurers and employers in the workers' compensation arena. Her experience defending insurers has given her a unique knowledge of how to best negotiate and evaluate workers' compensation claims for plaintiffs. She then went on to join Yaffa and Associates, where her practice focused on dissolution of marriage and other family law proceedings.In 2011, Mrs. Pattok joined Scott J. Sternberg and Associates, P.A. She now protects the interests of injured workers in court and at the negotiation table. While her goal is to seek resolutioon outside of the courtroom if doing so is in her client's best interests, she is ready and wiling to litigate should going to court be the most likely way for her clients to receive appropriate compensation and benefits.
