He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in England in 1974. He was admitted as an attorney in the State of Israel in 1979, where he worked in general practice. After moving to the United States in 1991, he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 and the Maryland State Bar in 1993. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice and the Montgomery County Bar Association. In 1997, he opened the Law Offices of Malcolm P.
