Mr. Delgado attended Wilkes University located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English with Honors in 1979. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1982.Before joining Garces, Grabler & Lebrocq Mr. Delgado was a partner with the law firm of Velardo, Koprowski & Delgado located in Bloomfield, New Jersey and David E. Rehe & Associates in Summit, New Jersey. Mr. Delgado's practice has focused upon the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in the State and Federal courts of the State of New Jersey.
