He is also admitted in the Federal Courts, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States Supreme Court. His law experience is varied, including Administrative Law (Social Security, Black Lung, Workers Compensation), medical-legal and engineering issues, industrial safety, and injury and disability law. His current areas of law emphasize Elder Law, Social Security Disability/SSI, Veterans Claims, and Estate Planning.He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University (cum laude), Doctor of Law from Cleveland Marshall Law School of Cleveland State University, and is a graduate of the Professional Fellows Program at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western University. Prior to becoming an attorney he worked as a mechanical and bio-medical engineer in machine design and artificial kidneys.Ken resides in Beachwood, Ohio.
