The one word that may best describe Michael W. Brown is indefatigable. Since he graduated from Cumberland School of Law he has devoted his considerable energies to the law and his clients.Which would come as no surprise to anyone who knew him before law school. Michael was an Eagle Scout, while an undergraduate at BYU he took time off from school and supervised, trained, and motivated a team of twenty missionaries and still found the time to assist in hurricane preparation and cleanup efforts.After he was admitted to the Georgia Bar, Michael threw himself into the profession researching and writing briefs, conducting quality reviews of the work of other attorneys, interviewing clients. Despite his busy work schedule, Michael still managed to find the time to earn a Pro Bono Service Award for hours devoted to a troubling identity theft case in 2014.Michael is fluent in Spanish. He grew up near a Civil War fort, so it was perhaps inevitable that he became a Civil War buff. And a Star Wars devotee. He sees no conflict between the two.Michael lives in Suwanee with his wife and three children. He is a Sunday School teacher and enjoys time outdoors, grilling, camping, and canoeing on the Chattahoochee River. He enjoys reading and is a big fan of documentaries.
