He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, the US Tax Court and the US Supreme Court. He has chaired the Bucks County Bar Association's Tax Law Section and Orphans' Court Section. He is a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. He was a member (12 years) and president (4 ½ years) of the New Hope-Solebury Board of School Directors.
