Alyssa Sandman is an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP. Ms. Sandman's practice centers on the regulation of real property in New York City, including issues of rent stabilization, rent control, hotel stabilization, single room occupancy (SRO), demolition, zoning/land use, loft law, and property tax exemption/abatement programs such as 421a and J-51.Ms. Sandman represents real property owners before the New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal (DHCR), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD), the Environmental Control Board (ECB), the Department of Buildings (DOB), and the City and State Human Rights agencies.
