Daniel Torrens is of counsel at Righi Fitch Law Group. Dan has over 20 years of experience handling complex cases ranging from catastrophic injury to insurance defense, and he has successfully tried or arbitrated 300 state and federal cases. Dan is a proud member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), is AV-Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was honored as a Southwest Super Lawyer from 2011-2015. He is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona's Fee Arbitration and Civil Rules committees. Dan is regularly used as a private arbitrator and mediator and has been a Maricopa County judge pro tem since 2006. He is also a faculty presenter for the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy, and lectures nationally on litigation topics for lawyers and paraprofessionals. Dan earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University in 1992. Dan is also licensed in Colorado. When Dan is not busy at work, he enjoys watching college athletics, spending time with his family, and pursuing the perfect martini.
