Jacqueline A. Salcines, Esq. attended the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, where she graduated in 1998. After graduation, Mrs. Salcines became a member of the Florida Bar in 1999. She is also a member of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals for the Third District, Attorney’s Real Estate Council, Cuban American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Salcines obtained her Bachelor in Business Administration majoring in Accounting in 1995. She worked for the family accounting practice as a bookkeeper since the age of 16, and later as an accountant for 5 years after graduating. That is when she decided to pursue her passion for law, and enrolled in law school at the University of Miami, working as a paralegal in law firms full time during the day, while attending law school at night.
Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked as an associate at a federal/civil litigation/real estate law firm. In 1999, Mrs. Salcines went out on her own and established the law firm known as Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA. Since 2002, Mrs. Salcines’ practice is concentrated in the areas of Real Estate law, business law, commercial litigation, debt settlement and foreclosure defense, landlord tenant law, and estate planning.
As a title company and title agent, Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. and SalcinesLaw handle both residential and commercial real estate closings, 1031 Exchanges, FIRPTA, incorporations, as well as contract preparation and review. With over 24 years experience as both a real estate, business law and commercial litigation attorney, I
assist property buyers, investors and sellers, both foreign and domestic, with their real estate purchases, sales and overall needs.
Whether high end luxury, residential, or commercial, I look after the interests of my buyers and sellers making sure they have smooth closings, clear title and make sound
investments.
