She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School and the Relay Graduate School of Education. Before joining the Cuddy Law Firm, Samantha was an Equal Justice Works fellow and policy counsel at the New York Civil Liberties Union, where she represented students in disciplinary proceedings and helped litigate a class-action school safety case.In addition, she wrote a report, A,B,C,D, STPP: How School Discipline Feeds the School to Prison Pipeline, which was covered by the New York Times, The Huffington Post and Rolling Stone.
